1. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: From 3:00 PM onwards
Check-out: By 12:00 PM
Late check-out requests must be made in advance. Unauthorized late check-out may incur a fee of 1,000 THB per 30 minutes.

2. Smoking Policy

To maintain a fresh and healthy environment for all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building.
Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
Violation may result in a fine of 2,000 THB.
Thank you for helping us keep the air clean for everyone.

3. Noise & Atmosphere

This property is designed for relaxation and tranquility.
Please keep noise levels low after 10:00 PM to respect neighboring guests and local wildlife.
We encourage enjoyable gatherings, but kindly ask all guests to be considerate of others.

4. Swimming Pool & Common Areas

For hygiene and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in the swimming pool.
Food and beverages are not permitted in the pool area.
A cleaning fee of 5,000 THB may apply if pets enter the pool.
Please help us keep the pool area clean and safe for all guests.

5. Property Care & Damages

Please report any damages immediately.
Guests are responsible for any loss or damage to property and may be charged the actual repair or replacement cost.
We appreciate your help in taking care of this home.

6. Kitchen & Appliances

Please report any malfunctioning appliances immediately.
Kindly clean kitchen equipment after use.
Cleaning service is available for 500 THB per session if needed.
Thank you for helping maintain cleanliness in the kitchen.

7. Cleanliness & Prohibited Items

Please dispose of waste in the designated bins.
Flammable materials, illegal substances, or any prohibited items are strictly not allowed.
Thank you for helping keep the property clean and tidy.

8. Children & Pets

Please supervise children and pets at all times.
Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Additional cleaning fees may apply if needed.
We warmly welcome families and pets — please help us maintain a pleasant environment for everyone.

9. Valuables & Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. The property is not liable for any loss or theft.
For valuable items, please inquire with staff for safekeeping assistance.
We wish you a peaceful and secure stay.

10. Legal Compliance

Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
The property reserves the right to contact authorities if illegal substances or activities are detected.

11. Force Majeure & Liability

The property is not liable for events beyond our control, such as flight delays, natural disasters, government regulations, technical issues, or other emergencies.
